EagleEye Intelligence Closes $6M Series B Financing
Proceeds to fund incident management and aerial platform expansion.

EagleEye Intelligence, LLC, an early-stage company providing incident management and aerial platform solutions for public safety and security announced today that the company raised $6 million in a Series B financing round. The round was led by Stonehenge Growth Equity Partners and joined by Responder Ventures.

Proceeds from the financing will be used to further advance the company’s STRAX®  Incident Management and Aerial Platform technology; and expand sales and operations. The company’s technology accelerates rapid response and improves incident management by unifying real-time situational awareness, intelligence and mission management capabilities while addressing disparate operational eco-systems of applications, data, equipment and the growing utilization of unmanned aerial systems (UAS)/drones.

“A common issue in public safety and security agencies today is the number of legacy equipment, siloed systems and databases; further complicated by the growing use of video, drones, other aerial solutions; and the inability to provide one common operational picture for incidents. Our STRAX® Platform and IER™ Intelligent Event Response technology provides real-time tactical intelligence and one common operating picture to the people who need it the most; responders and commanders,” said Scott Adams, CEO & Co-founder.

“Based on the feedback from multiple agencies, we started with our commercial STRAX® release earlier this year and we strongly believe we can make a difference in public safety and security. EagleEye Intelligence was also instrumental in securing the first FAA COA (Certificate of Authorization) for day and night public safety use in the state of Florida for a major agency,” added Adams.

“With the combined demand of public safety and security solutions, increased use of drones in the foreseeable future; and Scott Adams’ track record of success as a serial entrepreneur, we participated in the previous round and took the opportunity to lead the Series B,” said Steve Lux, Managing Partner for Stonehenge Growth Equity Partners.

Nathanial Wish, Founder and Managing Partner for Responder Ventures added, “Law Enforcement requires real-time information for better situational awareness and more informed decisions in the field and at the command center. EagleEye’s STRAX® Platform offers mission critical intelligence and real-time crime center capabilities that provides law enforcement the power to access information, stream video and collaborate in real time. Responder Ventures is excited to support this much-needed public safety solution. By integrating UAV assets with voice communications, immersive data applications and security into one purpose-built platform, responders can work safer and smarter to improve real-time decision-making capabilities.”
